All are welcome to join us in prayer for Discovery. We meet in the Youth room in the morning to pray for God's direction in the life of His church, for the morning worship service, and for the lives of our youth. The evening Prayer Service another time when we come together in the sanctinasium for prayer, meeting with Christ and presenting our challenges, needs, and hopes for His church. |

| Point Break E-Team | Mondays | 3:30 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. | The Point Break E-TEAM is a group of students excited about reaching their community with the Gospel! This team will meet at the home of Curtis Lillie. |
| Women's Small Group | Tuesdays | 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. | The Women's Group meets at the home of Janet Emerson. Please contact Kim Bowlby or Karen Stackhouse for more information. |

Wednesdays | 6:00 p.m. - Dinner 7:00 p.m. - Prayer |
Bring your dinner and we'll eat together in the church lobby. Then we will spend some time in prayer praying for our church. |
| Youth Group | Wednesdays | 6:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. | Youth Group as usual. Sr. High in the Youth Room. Jr. High in the Great Room. We will be going through the book of Mark. |
| Seekers | 1st &3rd Thursday |
7:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. | Seekers is a support group for developmentally disabled adults. They meet in the Great Room. There will be worship, Bible study and devotions. Contact Joyce or Lenny Wheaton at 454-0727 for more information. |
| Early Risers | Fridays | 6:00 a.m. - 7:00 a.m. | Early Intercessors meet in the Sanctinasium to intercede on behalf of Discovery Church and individual needs. All who believe in the power of corporate prayer are encouraged to gather during this powerful time of trusting God to intercede on behalf of his people. |
| Men's Breakfast | 8/15 | 8:00 a.m. | This month's Men's Breakfast is open to Women too!! We will be serving breakfast to the homeless in the Great Room here at Discovery. |
| Baptism Service & Lunch |
8/16 | 10:45 a.m. | Our annual baptism service will be here at Discovery this year. We will hold a baptism during our regular worship service and have a lunch following for everyone after the service. Tickets are $4 for adults 12 and up, $2 for children 3 to 11, and children 2 and under are FREE. See Henry Romero for more information. |
