All are welcome to join us in prayer for Discovery. We meet in the Youth room in the morning to pray for God's direction in the life of His church, for the morning worship service, and for the lives of our youth. The evening Prayer Service another time when we come together in the sanctinasium for prayer, meeting with Christ and presenting our challenges, needs, and hopes for His church. |

| Point Break E-Team | Mondays | 3:30 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. | The Point Break E-TEAM is a group of students excited about reaching their community with the Gospel! This team will meet at the home of Curtis Lillie. |
| Women's Small Group | Tuesdays | 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. | The Women's Group meets at the home of Janet Emerson. Please contact Kim Bowlby or Karen Stackhouse for more information. |

Bring your dinner and we'll eat together in the church lobby. Then we will spend some time in prayer praying for our church. |
| Youth Group | Wednesdays | 6:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. | Youth Group as usual. Sr. High in the Youth Room. Jr. High in the Great Room. We will be going through the book of Mark. |
| Seekers | 1st &3rd Thursday |
7:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. | Seekers is a support group for developmentally disabled adults. They meet in the Great Room. There will be worship, Bible study and devotions. Contact Joyce or Lenny Wheaton at 454-0727 for more information. |
| Early Risers | Fridays | 6:00 a.m. - 7:00 a.m. | Early Intercessors meet in the Sanctinasium to intercede on behalf of Discovery Church and individual needs. All who believe in the power of corporate prayer are encouraged to gather during this powerful time of trusting God to intercede on behalf of his people. |
| Breakthrough Prayer Service | First Saturday of the Month | 6:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. | All are invited to come and join us for Breakthrough Prayer in the Sanctinasium. We meet each month to pray for the specific needs of our church and related issues. |
| Tri-Valley Day of Prayer | 7/3 | 7:00 p.m. | Join with hundreds of people from across the Tri-Valley call on God to heal our land and send revival. This event is at Celebration Christian Center, 1135 Bluebell Drive, Livermore. For more information call: 925-455-4250 |
| 4th of July BBQ | 7/4 | 5:00 p.m. | There is a 4th of July BBQ at the Zaffonato's, please RSVP to the
church, 925-449-5256. Drinks and meat will be provided by the Zaffonato's. A-M bring a dessert, N-Z bring a side dish. Bring your own lawn chair and blanket to watch the show! If you can't make it to the BBQ, you are welcome to join us for the fireworks! |
| Men's Breakfast | 7/18 | 8:00 a.m. | In continuation with Faith In Action, the Men's Breakfast for July will be cooking for and dining with the homeless in Livermore. It will be open to men and women on Saturday the 18th at Vineyard Christian Fellowship, 460 North Livermore Ave., from 9:30 to 11:00 am. People can come help cook or set-up at 8:00 am. and/or eat at 9:30. Help cleaning up would be welcomed, too! |

| Wii Bowling Tournament | 7/24 | 6:00 p.m. | It's that time again! The Wii Bowling
Tournament will be held in the sanctinasium. All ages welcome!!
The Platt's Snack Shack will also be open for your munching pleasure.
We are looking for anyone willing to loan their Wii machine and
Wii Sports game for a fun night of tournament bowling. We also need
a few portable TV's. Kathi Austin is willing to pick up the Wii's
and TV's on Friday afternoon July 24th, or they can be dropped off at
