City Impact is a charitable organization that has been serving the Tenderloin
community of San Francisco for over 24 years.

Their building at 230 Jones St. was condemned.   There is a volunteer effort going on to correct the problems and in the process remodel the basement and 3 floors.   In doing so, they will be able to have classrooms for 350 children.

Discovery has committed to participating with many churches around the Bay Area in volunteering to remodel.   The work days are every Tuesday and Saturday from 9:00am to 3:00pm from now until the end of June.  There are professionals there to organize and lead the work being done.   People of all skills are welcome to participate.
